In the app
Delete it from Settings.
Open TaleTerra and follow Settings → Manage Account → Delete Account:

Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your TaleTerra account and the account data connected to it will be deleted.
This applies whether you created your account with Google, Apple, or another available sign-in method.

Send an account-deletion request to:
Use the subject line Account Deletion. When possible, send the request from the email address associated with your TaleTerra account. We may ask for enough information to verify account ownership. Please do not include your password or sign-in tokens.
What gets deleted
Your TaleTerra data is removed.
Deleting your account removes the account data we associate with you, including:
- Your TaleTerra account profile and sign-in links
- Saved stories and generated story content
- Reading progress, preferences, and library data
- Other data linked to your TaleTerra account
Data retention
Nothing is retained.
We do not retain deleted TaleTerra account data. The account data listed above is removed, and there is no retention period for it.
Deleting your TaleTerra account does not delete your separate Google or Apple account. Information held by those providers is governed by their own policies.
